Beloved clergy and pious laity of the Holy Metropolis of Chicago,
Χριστὸς Ἀνέστη! Christ is Risen!
With the fraternal exhortation of His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios of Boston, Archiepiscopal Vicar, it is my joy to share with you the formal invitation to the Enthronement of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, which will occur at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 22nd at the Holy Trinity Archdiocesan Cathedral in New York City.
Following this historic liturgical event, the Enthronement Luncheon will take place at the New York Hilton Midtown at 1:30 pm. I pray that the clergy and stewards from each of our parishes will be represented by at least one table . Your prayerful presence will surely grant Archbishop Elpidophoros the necessary strength and courage to successfully achieve his God-inspired mission.
