Reports To: The In-Home Care Program Manager will report to the In-Home Care Team Leader.

Job Overview: As an In-Home Care Program Manager, you will work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of hourly, non-medical services provided by caregivers to seniors in their homes through Hellenic Foundation’s In-Home Senior Care Program. Your responsibilities will include HR responsibilities, and the overall coordination of caregivers with their clients, monitoring the caregivers’ performance and ensuring their hours are fulfilled and managed correctly. You will participate in meetings, provide reports as needed to the Executive Director and work with the In Home Care Team to represent the Hellenic Foundation to the community. Due to the importance of the position and work place synergy, on-site and in-person attendance is required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● HR responsibilities.
● Schedule clients and caregivers through the Homecare Software;
● Maximize authorized client hours;
● Monitor schedules and actualized hours for accuracy;
● Communicate with clients, caregivers and care coordinators in a professional manner
● Resolve client / caregiver scheduling or other issues;
● Assure adherence to the policies of the IL Dept. on Aging Community Care Program’s Administrative Code and
the IDPH code;
● Perform administrative tasks;

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree;
● Office management experience;
● Billing and payroll experience extremely beneficial;
● Fluent in Greek;
● MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Drive (Docs, Sheets);
● Involvement in the Chicagoland Greek Community.

Salary/Benefits: Starting salary range $65,000+, subject to Qualifications. Health benefits included.
