Metropolis of Chicago Archons Attend St. Andrew’s Day Vespers

On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, the Archons in the Metropolis of Chicago attended the Vespers Service for the Feast Day of their Patron Saint, Saint Andrew, at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church in Chicago. Prior to the Service, His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael of Chicago led the procession of clergy and Archons down the center aisle of the church, an annual tradition.

The Archon Speaker at this year’s services was newly invested Archon Dr. Peter Panton, Chartoularios, who spoke on his journey to becoming an Archon.

The following Metropolis of Chicago Archons attended the service: Regional Commanders John G. Manos, John Balourdos, Dr. George Bovis, Jeffery Chrones, John Colis, Dr. John Fotopoulos, Ph.D., John Hilaris, James Lakerdas, Dr. Peter Panton, Theodore Sepsis, Dr. Thomas Williams, and Costa Zografopoulos.
