WHAT IS LIGHT OF LENT? A program designed for educators and parents to help the youth of our Metropolis to grow spiritually and to reflect on what Lent means to them.
One participant from each parish will receive a $50 scholarship to Fanari Camp or Camp St. Mary!

Who can Participate?
Everyone! But the reward will only be given to camp-aged children

March 18 – May 5, 2024
How do I Participate?
Youth: By getting points for attending services, helping at services, doing charity work, and attending the Fanari Lenten Retreat.
Parish Leaders: By guiding Sunday School students through the program and leading weekly reflection conversations in class.
Parents: You can choose to Implement “Light of Lent” with your family! Keep track of your own participation or use the Reflection journal entries at home. Use the prompts to guide meaningful conversations during this important time of year.
