The Parish Family of St.Iakovos invites our brothers and sisters of the Metropolis of Chicago to join us as we celebrate the opening of our new Church the weekend of June 14th & 15th. We will be welcoming His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael of Chicago, along with His Grace Bishop Timothy of Hexamilion to celebrate and pray with us this historic occasion. The Thyranoixia and Hierarchical Great Vespers will be at 4 pm on Saturday, June 14th at the Church (36W 700N, Valparaiso, IN) followed by a Gala Banquet beginning with cocktail hour at 6 pm and dinner at 7 pm at Avalon Banquet Center in Merrillville, IN.
