Kathy Beauchamp converted to and embraced Greek Orthodoxy as her own in the late 1990s. Active in the community of St. George from the beginning as a servant leader, Kathy has worked with our youth as a Sunday School teacher, led vacation bible school, and is an active member of the Daughters of Penelope. She also dove right in as a volunteer for the annual food fair, where she took us to new heights. Kathy’s years of dedication and her vision of what the food fair could become for our congregation and the community at large, helped transform a single day affair into a full three-day extravaganza that truly unites us all. She continues to volunteer and lead through a positive example, always willing to lend a helpful hand or kind ear to various groups within St. George.
