Vendor Package
The Metropolis of Chicago will host its 2023 Clergy-Laity Assembly at the Meridian Banquet & Conference Center in Rolling Meadows, Illinois beginning on Wednesday afternoon, October 11th through Friday, October 13th at 3 p.m. We are inviting vendors to display and sell items that are of interest to the delegates who will be attending the Assembly. There are a limited number of 6′ skirted tables available and applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The charge for vendors who will be selling wares is $250 per table. Please apply as soon as possible.
Vendors will be in a high traffic area in the foyer of the conference center. Assembly delegates will pass by the vendor booths on their way to all meetings and events, and also during a few meals. Vendor hours will be from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day. On Thursday evening, vendors may need to break down their displays in preparation for the Grand Banquet and set them back up on Friday morning.
If you need hotel accommodations during the Clergy Laity Assembly, a block of rooms has been reserved at a group rate from October 11 – 13, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1800 E Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60173. The special discounted room rate is $139 plus tax, where applicable. The hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from the Meridian. Reservations must be made by September 11, 2023, after which the room block will be released as well as the special rate for this Assembly. Please make your reservation early.
