The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago will host its Inaugural Servant Leadership Awards Banquet on Friday, May 1, 2020 at the Cotillion Banquets in Palatine, Illinois. The evening is dedicated to recognizing laypersons from throughout the Metropolis who have demonstrated exceptional and innovative servant leadership in the Church and whose service has made a difference in the lives of others. During the event, His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael will bestow the Metropolis Cross and other special honors on these exemplary servant leaders in recognition of their efforts.

    The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago and Young Adult League Chicago announced today that Chicago is the host of the nationwide Young Adult League (YAL) Conference during President’s Day weekend. This is the first time the YAL Conference will take place since 2007. This year's theme is “Orthodox on Purpose” with speakers to be announced soon.
