On August 13, His Grace Bishop Demetrios of Mokissos blessed the foundation of the new construction at the Saint Iakovos Retreat Center with the celebration of a Small Agiasmos and the prayers of the blessing of a new foundation, beseeching God that the foundation now established will be firm, founded according to the Divine Word of the Holy Gospel, to remain stable and immovable against every attack and adversity.
