Dino and Linda Argyropoulos share the title of servant leadership award recipient for St. Demetrios Chicago. They are shining examples of faithful servants, unwavering in their dedication to our parish together for 50 years. Dino’s stewardship began when he was a ten-year-old altar boy and he hasn’t stopped giving since. Former and current roles include junior choir member, parish librarian, Solon Greek School Committee member, church reader and assistant chanter for two decades, festival committee member for more than three decades, parish council member for 36 years, and religious education teacher for 45 years. His spirit of giving is matched by Linda, who has continually served as a Philoptochos member, Solon Greek School Committee Chair, Youth Safety Program co-administrator, and committee member for countless special events. They are a dedicated pair, sharing their faith, their time, their talent, and their treasures together.
