Ellie Regas is omnipresent at the Twelve Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church in Duluth, Minnesota. Every person that has ever walked through the doors of the parish has met Ellie and fallen in love with her. From cooking to cleaning, from baking prosfora to singing in the choir, from joyfully leading groups in laughter, to silently listening attentively to one person who is hurting, Ellie has served our parish most piously and devotedly for more than five decades. Above all things, however, Ellie inspires our younger generations toward a genuine love for the worship of God in His Holy Church. It is with great joy that we choose Ellie as the Bronze Cross recipient for Twelve Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church. Many years, dear Ellie!
